But complete it he has, despite having to postpone it due to a broken wrist and alter his training schedule to compensate for his injury.

Cat owner failed to appear at court
AN arrest warrant has been issued to a cat owner who admitted causing unnecessary suffering to his pet.
Darren Woodhouse, of Aireton Road, Barnsley, was bailed while a pre-sentence report was compiled.
His tabby cat was found to be suffering with weight loss and fleas, which prompted the RSPCA to pursue court proceedings.
The 40-year-old failed to appear at Barnsley Magistrates’ Court on Monday and a warrant for his arrest was issued....

Whooping cough is a bacterial infection of the lungs and breathing tubes.

MORE food hygiene assessment scores have been issued with mixed results.
PJ’s Cafe and Bistro, based on Market Street, was given a zero-out-of-five food hygiene rating following an assessment on April 10.
Meanwhile, Pizza Crazy and BBQ in Grimethorpe received a three-out-of-five rating.
And a four-out-of-five food hygiene rating was given to Worsbrough Fried Chicken, on Highstone Lane, following an assessment on April 5.

BARNSLEY Council bosses are planning to spend £5,000 to install lockable gates at a town centre car park which has become a hotspot for antisocial behaviour.
The plans would see Wellington Street car park locked on Friday and Saturday nights, and on Sunday during a bank holiday weekend.
